Feb. 24 , 10 a.m. – Injury Management, Preferred Provider and
Return-to-Work Awareness
To maximize the delivery of healthcare services and return-to-work
outcomes, there must be collaboration between CNA, the employer, the
employee and preferred medical providers. This Webinar explores the
components of the claim process: the relationship with a preferred
medical provider, immediate medical care procedures, accident
investigation and the stay-at-work/return-to-work process.
Feb. 24, 2 p.m. – Understanding OSHA 1926.1400 – Crane Standard
Overview
OSHA’s new 29 CFR 1926.1400 rule covering cranes and derricks in
construction is a comprehensive reform of the crane standard. As a
whole, the standard can be overwhelming and confusing as it incorporates
many dates, certification requirements and types of training allowed.
Participants will receive an outline of timelines for various
requirements of the reformed standard and will review the primary
changes to the rule. Additionally, participants will be provided with
information to help them prepare for compliance with the new rules.
