Hall first joined CNA in 1990 as branch manager for its MOAC operations, and went on to hold several branch and leadership positions, including president and chief operating officer for CNA Canada. For the past two years, he has served as senior vice president at GCAN Insurance Company, responsible for the leadership and management of its Western Canada region which encompassed two branch offices and $98 million of gross written premium.
