CNA is set to celebrate the official grand opening of its new Western
Service Center in Colorado on June 8, 2011. Announced in 2010, the
Western Service Center expands the global insurer’s Worldwide Operations
(WWO), Claim and Underwriting support operations and ultimately expects
to create approximately 300 positions and new career path options in the
Denver metro area.
The grand opening guest list includes more than 150 members of the
Denver and surrounding area business community including insurance
agents and brokers as well as CNA leadership: Tom Motamed, chairman and
CEO; Tim Szerlong, president, Worldwide Field Operations; George Fay,
executive vice president, Claim; Katie Cunning, senior vice president,
WWO; and Tim Moehlenpah, Denver branch vice president.
To date, more than 45 positions have been filled in WWO in the Customer
Support Center, Small Business Service Center, Billing & Collections and
Middle Market Processing, as well as more than 80 Claim positions
including claim handling. Housed in the same location as CNA’s Denver
branch, the Western Service Center triples the branch’s square footage
and is anticipated to quadruple its employee size.
Located at 10375 Park Meadows Drive in Littleton, CO, the Western
