CHICAGO, June 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced the appointment of Paula Schlotfeldt as vice president, Processing, reporting to Katie Cunning, senior vice president, Worldwide Operations, effective today. In this newly created role, Paula will be responsible for providing process excellence across Worldwide Operations' Processing organization.

Paula joins CNA from Travelers, where she most recently served as vice president, Strategic Projects, leading strategy execution within Middle Market and Business Insurance Underwriting and Product. Prior to Travelers, she held claim leadership roles at the St. Paul Companies.
Paula holds a bachelor's of business administration degree from Iowa State University and a masters of business administration from the University of St. Thomas.
