CNA recently introduced its new School of Risk Control Excellence®
(SORCE®) catalog and courses for 2011. Designed with agents,
business owners and risk managers in mind, more than 200 SORCE courses
are available to help them better understand and manage potential
business risks.
“Since its inception in 2005, SORCE has increased from an original
offering of 16 mobile courses to hundreds of face-to-face and on-line
training classes, and Webinars,” said Bob Lindemann, chief operating
officer of CNA Commercial.
The 2011 SORCE catalog features 10 new courses for current and potential
CNA customers, and one new course for its agents. Courses were updated
