CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- David Daugherty has been appointed Commercial Underwriting officer for CNA’s Denver territory. He will work collaboratively with branch vice presidents and Business Development leaders to shape strategy for the profitable growth of CNA’s entire Commercial Lines portfolio.

Daugherty joins CNA with nearly four decades of insurance management, underwriting and sales experience. Most recently, he serviced as executive vice president for IRG-Affinity Insurance Partners, where he managed large construction and manufacturing risks.
