In this role, Schramm is responsible for synchronizing branch operations with CNA’s strategic goals for long-term success, including increasing local authority at the point of sale and improving service to agents and brokers in this territory.

Schramm joins CNA from Chartis, where he served as vice president and zone executive for its Global Energy business. Prior to this, he held various leadership positions in business development, excess casualty and national accounts at both Chartis and The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Over the course of his career, Schramm has demonstrated success in a diverse range of underwriting and marketing roles.
