CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CNA Financial Corporation (NYSE: CNA) announced the appointment of Dave Brosnan as Senior Vice President of International, effective May 6. In his role, Dave will lead CNA’s International underwriting team.

Dave joins CNA with 26 years of industry experience. Most recently he was Division President and Chief Underwriting Officer of ACE Canada. Prior to that, he served as President of ACE Casualty Risk and held various underwriting positions, including European Zone Underwriting Officer with Chubb.

This work will include a strengthening of our Home Foreign business and an expansion of our international capabilities.
