CNA Financial Corporation (NYSE: CNA) today announced the appointment of
Steve Marohn as Western Zone Officer, effective April 22. The Zone
includes branch offices in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los
Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Phoenix and Albuquerque. In addition
to leading the Western Zone, Steve will also manage the San Francisco
Branch.
Steve joins CNA after 18 years with AIG, where he most recently served
as Executive Vice President for AIG Japan Holdings in Tokyo, Japan. He
began his career at AIG as a field underwriter and assumed increasing
responsibility in its field operations, becoming Regional President for
San Francisco and eight western states. Steve also has a commendable
record of community service, including serving as a board member for
Junior Achievement of the Bay Area and the Insurance Industry Charitable
Foundation.
