CNA today announced that the International Association for Continuing
Education and Training (IACET) had renewed its School of Risk Control
Excellence (SORCE®) accreditation for a five-year period.
This accreditation allows customers to receive health and safety
continuing education unit credits for SORCE courses that qualify under
IACET guidelines.
“Our IACET accreditation speaks to the caliber of SORCE programming and
helps distinguish CNA’s risk control services in a competitive

A wide range of companies, regulatory boards and organizations accept
IACET courses for their continuing education requirements. These include
the American Institute of Architects, the American Nurses Association,
the Federal Emergency Management Association and the Federal Highway
Administration, as well as a number of community banks, educational
institutions and state engineering boards.
Since its inception in 2005, SORCE has educated more than 80,000
