CHICAGO, Dec. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced the appointment of Bruce Dmytrow to vice president of Aging Services, National Programs Underwriting for the company's Healthcare segment, effective January 1, 2015. In this role, Bruce will be responsible for the strategic leadership of this high-performing area.

Bruce brings more than 29 years of healthcare industry experience and 22 years of insurance experience to his new role. Most recently, Bruce led CNA Specialty Risk Control where he was responsible for the strategic leadership of the Risk Control organization for all of the Specialty customer segments in the United States, Canadian and European markets.
Prior to CNA, Bruce held key positions at MMI Companies, Inc., Bio-Med Associates, Inc., Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the University of Chicago Hospitals. Bruce earned a bachelor's degree from Boston College, a clinical designation in medical dosimetry from Yale University/Yale-New Haven Hospital and an MBA from DePaul University.
