Professionals from CNA Information Technology (IT), Underwriting, Claim and Risk Control will facilitate the Cloud School sessions. Topics include trends in the enterprise software environment; increased risks related to security, privacy and interruption of IT services; and ways to assess and manage these risks in enterprise software vendor relationships.
